Design Within Reach is hosting “Celebration of Fibers”
Exhibition: “Materiality”
Meaning: “Examining Fiber and Material Studies in Contemporary Art and Culture”
Dates: October 8, 2009 through October 31, 2009
Opening: October 8, 2009
Time: 5pm to 7pm
Design Within Reach will select 3 San Francisco and or Bay area residents with the opportunity to showcase innovative, skilled and varied fiber works created in the area. Please email 3 to 5 images to jgreenberg@dwr.com please include your name, best contact # and size and dimensions of each piece. Also include resume and brief artist statement. Keep in mind work must be displayed within the showroom’s requirements.
